Who Are We Looking For?

When you join the First Fertility family, you are an integral part of every patient’s fertility journey. First Fertility Centers® in vitro fertilization and related services reflect our core values in everything we do:

We rely on each other and work as a team to achieve our shared goal of helping patients achieve a positive pregnancy. Along with providing treatments that are unique to each patient’s needs, empathizing with the emotional needs of parents-to-be is a must.

If you are passionate about building families and shaping the future of reproductive care, First Fertility is hiring embryologists at locations across our network. We look forward to meeting you!

The Lab at the Center of Care

The lab isn’t behind fertility care. It’s at the center of it.

Physicians and embryologists bring different expertise, but they’re responsible for the same outcome. When those perspectives come together, we get more of the story—and a more holistic view of how to solve problems and make clinical decisions.

Across the First Fertility network, that means getting out of silos, sharing best practices, and learning from the excellent work already happening at other centers.

But there’s another part of this that matters just as much: creating a culture where people are willing to speak up, learn from mistakes and challenge each other’s thinking.

In this video, Char talks about the freedom to fail, why she’s always “listening for nuggets,” what she’s learned from people with completely different experience—and even why a trip to the grocery store can change the way she thinks.

Bring Your Perspective to First Fertility

Different people bring different expertise, experiences and ways of thinking. Char’s message is clear: there’s something to learn from all of them.

If that sounds like the kind of team you’d like to be part of, explore career opportunities with First Fertility.
