Cara Reymann

Chief Executive Officer

With 20 years of progressive executive experience in physician practice management, Cara brings both operational skill and aspirational vision to First Fertility.   In particular, she has a history of managing through change and rapid growth while prioritizing patient care and instilling a culture of excellence. In addition to her experience in fertility practice management, Cara served as Market President of PEGI Solutions in the Mid Atlantic Region where she led growth strategy and operations for Capital Digestive Care from 2010 to 2022.  During that time, the group grew from 57 physicians to more than 100 and was recognized as one of the largest and most esteemed GI specialty groups in the country.  

Allison Bartolucci

Chief Scientific Officer

Alison leads embryology, andrology, and endocrinology lab initiatives across the First Fertility network focused on measuring and improving pregnancy outcomes and advancing scientific research, as well as compliance and risk management. With over 20 years of leadership experience in clinical embryology, oocyte development research, and clinical laboratory operations, Dr. Bartolucci brings a wealth of expertise and a long-standing history of delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Dr. Bartolucci has served the past 11 years as Operational Lab Director and the High Complexity Laboratory Director of The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services and as the Director of Laboratory Integration and Advancement and Chair of the Lab Advisory Board for First Fertility since 2021.  Alison is also the Assistant Professor of Ob/GYN and Cell Biology at the Uconn School of Medicine, has served on national committees and authored numerous publications and scientific abstracts on reproductive endocrinology and infertility [REI]. She received her Ph.D. in 2019 in Reproductive Clinical Science from Eastern Virginia Medical School where she also received a Master of Science in Clinical Embryology and Andrology in 2005.

Chartalay Learson

Chief Experience Officer

With over 20 years of professional experience in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, Char has established herself as a highly impactful leader who drives patient satisfaction and organizational success through cultural transformation. In her previous roles as VP of Operations, Consultant, and Clinic Operations Manager in various organizations, Char has successfully equipped clinical teams with sustainable strategies that address clinical inefficiencies, enhance employee and physician engagement, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. She has been a keynote speaker on the topics of “Patient Experience” and “Process Improvement” and she is the Author of "UNLEADERSHIP"(An introspective look at how to lead the "UN's of the world).

Donna Grenier

Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis

Donna is a strategic and growth-focused senior accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. Donna is proven to effectively build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve results as well as identify growth opportunities through analyzing business needs. Prior to joining First Fertility, Donna held leadership positions at Plum Dental Group, Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, Prudential Financial, and CT TyMetrix.

Russ Kimbrell

Vice President of Business Strategy and Solutions

Russ brings over two decades of experience in providing transformative IT solutions to organizations ranging from mid-marketing corporations to Fortune 500 enterprises in a variety of leading industries. Prior to joining First Fertility, Russ was Director Business Solutions and Reporting at Priority Healthcare, Program Director at Fertility Lifelines, Manager at Oracle, and Senior Manager at Deloitte.

Christian Morris

Vice President of Strategic Operations

Christian brings over fourteen years of healthcare leadership experience and a strong track record of contributing to growth and creating value working with physicians and stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Prior to joining First Fertility, Christian was the CEO of Houston ENT & Allergy, Executive Director of CCRM Houston and the Chief Business Officer of Renal MSO. 

Paul Verrastro

Senior Vice President of Operations

Paul has 30 years’ experience in women’s healthcare operations, 23 of which have been focused on fertility as the CEO of The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services [CARS]. Under Paul’s leadership the program has grown from 250 retrievals to 1200 annually, while distinguishing itself for outstanding clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. As Senior VP of Operations, Paul’s current focus is on operationalizing organizational objectives and mentoring the next generation of reproductive managers.

Cameron Weiner

Senior Vice President of M&A

Cameron has over 9 years of experience, prior to joining First Fertility, Cameron served as the Vice President of Strategic Development and Head of M&A for Shopko Optical. He previously worked as the Director of Strategic Operations and Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development at Aspen Dental. Prior to Aspen, Cameron served as a Healthcare Private Equity Associate at BelHealth Investment Partners. He began his career in General Electric's Leadership Development Program, and then on their Corporate M&A team. 

Jennifer Beresch

Director of Marketing

Jennifer has over 11 years of specialty healthcare marketing experience building brands and leading B2C and B2B marketing strategies that create marketplace differentiation and drive revenue. Jennifer has a passion for fertility care and supporting patients on their pursuit to grow their families. Prior to joining First Fertility, she was the senior marketing manager at CCRM Fertility where she was responsible for all new patient acquisition. Jennifer also has prior experience as the senior manager of communications & branding at Select Medical and Physio.

Kim Bauer

Vice President of Revenue Cycle & Professional Services

Kimberly A. Bauer is a senior professional in the healthcare industry with over 20 years of experience in revenue cycle management. Kimberly is a dynamic and innovative leader with a passion for leveraging technology and improving workflows across diverse teams in revenue cycle management and the healthcare industry. Kim has implemented scalable processes that have transformed operations, enabled long-term business growth, and defined standards and procedures for ensuring an optimal client experience.
